Wareena BMS ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, company) and the business data you enter (customers, deliveries, invoices, accounting records). Your business data is stored in your own database on our server and is never sold.

How we use it

To provide the service, process subscriptions, send transactional emails (via your configured SMTP), and improve the product. We do not share your business data with third parties.

Payments

Payments via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, PayFast or bank transfer are processed by those providers. We store only the transaction reference you submit for verification.

Data security & retention

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. You can export or delete your data at any time from the app's Settings page.
