Terms of Service

By using Wareena BMS you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Plans & billing

Free plan limits apply as described on the Pricing page. Paid plans (Pro, Premium, Gold) are activated after payment verification. The Gold license covers 5 years with 1 year of after-sales service.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Keep regular backups using the export feature. We are not liable for data loss arising from misuse.
